You are feeling “beat-up”, stiff, and in pain. You’re dreading your workouts and cherry picking only the ones you “like”. It takes 30 minutes to an hour to warm up and you’re using bands and stretches that help in the short term but every day you’re back to square one. You’ve spent countless hours in the doctors office, chiropractor, physical therapy, even tried supplements, and drinking bone broth only to be frustrated with the results. The trouble is that most of these services don’t understand the needs of the Cross Fit athlete and provide only short term relief NOT a long term solution. We say there is no substitute for hard work and intelligent programming. The aim of performance WOD is to get you back to enjoying your workouts. Your gym is your safe haven and we want it to stay that way.
